Would be a good idea to have a browser plug-in added to the Applixure installation package that sniffs all used SaaS platforms being used by the users.
This would enable IT to track which services are being used without the knowledge of IT, thus minimizing shadow IT, but also allow better cost tracking.
The plug-in should work on at least Chrome, Edge and Firefox, possibly also on Opera.
