Dashboad pie should tell whole group machine count

Dashboad pie should tell whole group machine count in total.

Now it's impossible to compare, if there are dozen of different builds that how many machines there are actually in total.

It could tell the total count when not hovered to any specific build so it would not waste any new space.

Hi, there is limited amount of space available for chart titles which already are rather lengthy for those as-is. However, the total number of machines for each given release is already there, in the "Windows 10 releases" graph when hovering over particular release:
Therefore, that total agent count information exists for the group of builds, just in the different place.
