Is there a way to compare those computers based on Applixure data?

Not through UI, custom comparison is of course possible by fetching agent data through public API (https://developers.applixure.com) and doing comparison by analytical client software.
Furthermore, basis for individual application's workings or not, may also be other factors besides just the data that Applixure collects from the machine such as configuration settings etc..
