How to follow the progress?

Maybe I don't know how to use Applixure but I have hard time to follow the progress.

Example:

devices with disk full information says 2 devices 1.1.2021

Then

devices with disk full information says 2 devices 15.1.2021

How can I know that 1.1.2021 computers are fixed and 15.2.2021 2 devices are new ones? Or same devices are reported 15.1.2021 and nothing has happened after 1.1.2021?

Implementin "Create email notifications based on rules" would give some help following the progress.

Applixure's alerts are constantly re-calculated (stateless) and represents the state of the particular issue as of now - or data that is the latest for the situation. Therefore, alert listing devices as well as the total count reflects those devices that has that condition now rather than devices that may or may not been part of the alert in the past, and thus the purposes of the alert is not to directly tell change history in and of itself but rather what needs to be fixed right now (or paid attention to).

For the comparison purposes, historical alert data is available through public API (https://developers.applixure.com/docs/alerts-and-issues-object-model#alertss-historical-information) that can be used by any custom analytical tool or program to do comparison if there has been change in the composition of actual assets being referenced in the alert.
