Atleast one of our clients have no record in computer warranty section.
Atleast one of our clients have wrong warranty date. Applixure client must have done the check before distributer has updated warranty upgrade.
I am aware of issues with HP, but most of our computers are Dell
The warranty information is important for us, when we change customer computers to new ones. Saves alot of time to know large batch of expiration dates.
We are planning to try work-around for this by reinstalling the applixure client for small group of computers. But option for forcing the warranty re-check in the future would be preferable.
