Atleast one of our clients have wrong warranty date. Applixure client must have done the check before distributer has updated warranty upgrade.
I am aware of issues with HP, but most of our computers are Dell
The warranty information is important for us, when we change customer computers to new ones. Saves alot of time to know large batch of expiration dates.
We are planning to try work-around for this by reinstalling the applixure client for small group of computers. But option for forcing the warranty re-check in the future would be preferable.
Still waiting for this feature. It is vital for our device management. Too much work to check manually when you have over 100 devices
Applixure does not collect Event Viewer's raw log entries from the machines, but only uses Event Log entries as source for monitored issues events locally on the machine. This will not change as design or purpose of the Applixure is not be generic log collector.
Issues event history can be retrieved from the Applixure's Connect API, documented at https://developers.applixure.com/, using e.g. https://developers.applixure.com/reference#getagentissuesmonthlyhistory endpoint for retrieving issue history for a single agent device. Exporting this information is not likely be implemented as the data is more hierarchical in nature than simple CSV etc. files can represent, and the Connect API endpoint already returns JSON as its format.
We also need a way to export single computers raw data from "Issues event history for past month"
