it would be nice to be able to extract data from all environments in one report not only one environment

Unfortunately technical limitations for Power BI template applications and/or its connectivity to data sources makes it next to impossible to create one Power BI report with multiple environments data in it.
Suggested workaround for this would be to aggregate all environments' (tenants') data to intermediate data store (such as Azure SQL) and then creating custom Power BI reporting against that aggregated data store.
