Under "Appearances" within a workflow rule it would be nice to see a notes and checkbox option.

In this example the rule has detected 10 machines, those 10 machines now have to be individually addressed.

Currently there is only an option to enter comment text in the timeline window. To keep track of the progress of each machine in this way becomes messy and difficult to follow.

I'd like to have the option see the status of each machine in a simple text box at the side of each machine.

Maybe a large notes section under the "All device" view that allows you to summarise everything.

The Add new comment text becomes messy very quickly, difficult to track at a glance what the status is for a particular machine.

Hope you can implement something soon as this would be most helpful.
