Create email notifications based on rules
Interesting feature would be to allow adding notifications based on certain rules.
For example let's say that computer has crashes 3 times during last week --> send notification to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. Notification could be resent after certain cooling period.
* No one has to actively search for problematic computers. Instead they get notifications based on rules.
* Scales for both small and big environments: very small environment can send information straight to their IT personnel and bigger environments to ITSM systems
* There are numerous ITSM systems but what they have common is the capability of reading incoming mails and converting them to tickets. Mail approach would ease deployments in some cases. Also you could provide easy deployments for larger group of customers as they wouldn't have to invest in extra work needed for the integration.
This approach might not work for all cases but would certainly add value and flexibility of your product.
