Add Bitlocker status changes to Rewind to History page

Knowing when Bitlocker status changed like On/Off/Suspended would help in problem solving.

    BitLocker status changes (as well as FileVault status changes for macOS) show in device rewind as "Disk encryption was suspended / resumed" and "Disk encryption was enabled / disabled".
